AJ Kruzel

AJ was born and raised in Ohio, grew up in a baseball family, and graduated from Ross High School in 2011. AJ went on to play baseball at Sinclair Community College and was drafted by the St. Louis Cardinals in the 2013 MLB Draft. He then transferred to Henderson State University in Arkadelphia, Arkansas to play his final 3 seasons. AJ was all conference his sophomore and senior seasons and made the DII World Series in 2015 finishing as National Semifinalists. He graduated in 2016 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.

After playing, AJ decided to continue his love of the game by becoming an Assistant Coach at Bradley University, worked as the hitting coach for the Danville Dans of the Prospect League, and became the Assistant Coach at Walters State Community College in Morristown, TN. As the hitting coach, AJ’s teams lead the league in hitting and finished in the Top 5 of almost every major hitting category.
