Young athletes need to be given a greater opportunity to develop strength, sport and life skills in a safe, healthy manner. We believe it is important to understand what an athlete can and can not do before we create a development plan. We establish expectations, goals, and training towards benchmarks while holding each individual athlete accountable for their progress.
